Hi gang. Sorry I have been out of touch but things have been wild. I have been checking in on a regular basis and checking on Romy. Hang in there Romy!
We just got back from Las Vegas. Mr. shar and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary. We were married in LV. This was our first time away from Evan, outside of one night when he was about 2. I won $1,000 on the dollar slots and then the day after I won about $800 on various machines so that pretty much paid for our trip! We had lunch with Blinkie one day. We get together every time we visit Las Vegas!
Evan stayed with my brother and his wife in Michigan. My parents were there as well. He had a lot of fun playing with all of his second cousins.
So it's back to the hell hole tomorrow! I have a new position at work and in June I was working both jobs. So tomorrow will be my first day full time at the new position. I'm at an outside location so they have set me up with a cell phone and lap top. I think I will like the clinical coordinator job. The clients are more acute but at least I do not have to casemanage them forever. There is an outside chance I will go back to my old position if they do not fill the position. If that happenes, at least I have done something different for six months. Keep good thought.
Only ten more years until retirement! :)
....ten years till retirement... someone asked me yesterday if I was going to work ten years more... I don't think so..., at least I hope not!...but cha never know. I told her if the husband would get a job again, since he lost his back in Dec, I wouldn't have to work!

10 years till retirement isn't bad at all, you be in Arizona before you know it.
Good luck with the new job, I am right there with ya...it will be great, eventually, but right now my head is spinning a bit.

I'm going to Vegas next week! My father lives a few miles from the Strip, so I try to get out there for a visit twice a year. You have to tell me your secrets to winning on the slot machines! ;) I've never had much luck. Then again, I'm a wimp, and pretty much stick to the penny slots. Maybe I should step it up a bit!
