Subject: Yes, she is old enough. There are more people involved w/child actors than the tutor. The state social worker(s), nannies/baby wranglers, etc. They are required by law to be on the set at all times w/kids. Kids, especially very small ones, have very limited amounts of time they can work or be on the set (not just in front of the camera). It isn't just about having a tutor on the set. eom
