Subject: With all that has been going on with his parents, I'm sure he needed some extended time off. I agree, he does come and go, and Marlena's drugging him is not a real good demise of the Phoenix/Stefano.

Subject: Dear Mr. Sock: A 'know-it-all'? I was just making a statement, talk about needing to lighten up. IMO, Stefano overstayed his welcome over 20 yrs ago. That isn't a slam to JM, he is a wonderful actor playing a one-dimentional role. That isn't HIS fault. You seem to think that it isn't true that Stefano has come & gone for yrs. Or you think he is still a compelling character. Or maybe I was wrong about the show taping weeks in advance & writing their scripts weeks prior to taping. Many fans DON'T know that. eom
