Unless the writers mess with history (again) Nicole can't get pregnant.  She was accidently shot several years ago and that was suppose to have ruined her chance for ever having any kids. (Bullet was meant for Victor).  Bigger question is are they going to write in another pregnancy for Sami seeing how Ali is expecting in January???
