Yes to Lawrence and she is a great aunt to Nicholas.  To John yes and no.

John is now Ryan Brady Dimera. His real parents are Santos Dimera and Colleen Brady.

Vivian was just his "adopted" family. So i guess it's how you look at it.  They never got into his life with the Alamain's, if they were close or not.
