What an emotional show!! When Rafe finally hands Sydney to Sami - OMG, truly one of the most emotional moments ever on Days I thought. And they all nailed the scene and seemed genuinely choked-up, even non-cryer Rafe. BTW I think this Galen guy has been spot-on in his portrayal of Rafe - nice job. Soooo much better to watch as a crimestopper-type than John or any other idiots they've had - he just plays it straight with no hamminess or nuances or squinting - just delivers his lines as a stand-up guy.

And poor Nicole being so hysterical - you have to feel for her. Is it OK for her to get THAT upset?? It can't be good for her own child. It was so obvious too how she needed to use the crate to get herself up off the ground, poor thing.

You can tell that EJ is just getting warmed up with his bellowing. He is gonna go nuts. And once again, everyone seems to be rising to the occasion except you-know-who.

I really have to agree with all your points.

Despite having mixed feelings about GG's acting in the beginning, I think he has really been doing great in this role. I love it that there is actually one intelligent man left on this show. The rest have all been dumbed down, and made such dupes. I sure hope the writers don't ruin his character. The Salem PD really should have given him a job since I can't remember the last time they actually solved a crime, and put someone in jail for their misdeeds.

I think AZ has been doing great in her scenes although I don't have much sympathy for Nicole, especially after what she has done to Mia.

Speaking of Mia - please oh please don't tell me that your "you- know -who" is going to be the one to tell her about the switch! All I can think is it will be a let down of what should be another very dramatic moment.

I know it sounds silly but I couldn't even watch and I won't be watching today either because I know Nicole will be arrested ~ sigh (it's only a soap opera but I'm sad!)

I would assume she was refering to the character who's name she uses to post. I think we can tell how she feels about that character - LOL!

I agree with all the stuff you've said, but I feel that it was wrong for Rafe and Sami to go watch and gloat as Nicole got arrested. I mean, Rafe gets a phone call and tells her "we have to go". Sorry, but as bad as Nicole has been, that's pretty galling for them to be doing that.
