I know a few of us are scratching are heads about Chelsea/Daniel.

I'm thinking, the reason for Chelsea/Daniel, was to make Chelsea realize that she has NEVER been in love with Nick. She may care for him and love him as a friend only. That is why she will break up with him-finally. I wonder what will happen to Nick will he be written off, or hook up with Morgan?

Any thoughts.

I hope that she does break up with Nick. They're just not clicking anymore and Nick has gotten really annoying. What is his problem with Max anyway? It seems like everytime Max tries to talk to him, he gives him an attitude. Then the next thing he's all over Chelsea like a lovesick puppy, and she's not even into him. Their relationship is so over and I wouldn't care if Nick leaves the show after they break up. I never really got why he ever came to Salem in the first place. I know the Hortons are there and that's his family, but it's not like he ever really knew any of them before he came. He should go back to wherever his parents live. Just get out of Salem

Lets say I'm 21 and this hunky handsome sexy doctor comes along and pays attention to me...well, it doesn't take a genius to know I'd certainly be attracted to him!! LOL! I've often thought that younger gals attracted to older men have a daddy-thing going on. Lets face it, as a little girl, their first love was their daddy!! Besides................. Daniel is HOT!

p.s. I agree with you in that I doubt she was ever really in love w/Nick. I think that went down the toilet after Nick and Billie hopped in the old sack together...Kat

I agree, there is every reason, Chelsea would have a major crush on Dr. J, BUT, the sick part of the whole thing, is his interest in her, very unprofessional!

Life works that way sometimes...or lurv as you put it, works that way too. Sometimes we have absolutely no control or insight as to how our heart or mind both work when it comes to falling in love. There's no manual for it. It's not perfect. I'm not belittling on how Chelsea is feeling for the doc or 'not feeling' for Nick. I've realized sometimes in my own life, that suddenly, I'm just not into someone as much as I thought I was. When that special someone comes along in you're life, BAM..you're a goner..hook, line and sinker...at least that's how it happened for me and I'm sure happens for quite a few people in this world. You have to do what you feel is right in you're heart...why be with someone that you don't really love? I'm sure Chelsea loves Nick to a certain degree, she's just not IN-love with him....

I do not believe, Chelsea is IN LOVE with Dr. J. I do believe, she has a crush, due to being greatful for all he has done for her and her family. When I was a very young mom and my daughter was born with medical complication, her doctor was my Dr. J. but it was all in my fantasy world and I knew my crush had no meaning.
