Hi guys. Some of you might know me form other boards on this website, and I am starting to watch DAYS(tho it's only been about a couple of weeks) and leaving the trainwreck that is AMC behind. While I have known who some of the characters are for years, even tho I never watched, I am trying to understand some of the stories and need help with some points...
1. I thought Sami was a villian
2. I thought Bo was a Brady but, the other day, I heard Victor say that Bo was his son
3. If Nicole and Sami are friends, why would Nicole let Sami think her baby is dead
4. Is Arianna telling the truth about working for the police

Message: Sami can be both good and evil. When she used to get going dissing her step father John Black I would have to mute the television she got on my nerves so badly but lately she seems to be trying to be a better person. You can never say she isn't interesting at the very least; I wish we would get to see her invisible twin Eric once in awhile. Nicole is much like Sami in that she has done some very bad and selfish things but she also was forced into porn movies and drugs by her dad or step-dad when she was a young girl so she has her issues. Sami and Nicole have a hate-hate relationship up until recently and I think the only reason they semi-reconciled is because Nicole feels so guilty about snatching Sydney and letting Sami believe her baby (Grace who was Mia's baby and not Sami's) died. I am so ready for the baby swap SL to wrap up.

Their friendship is a fairly new occurrence, but basically Nicole was desperate to save her marriage to EJ and have his baby. When she lost hers, she realized she could still have his baby biologically and stole Sami's. Bottom line? Nicole is selfish and always has been. She not only let Sami believe her daughter - she's manipulated Mia into helping her ... knowing full well her baby is dead.
Arianna telling the truth about working for the police: Yes she is. Roman spending lots of time threatening to toss her back into jail if she doesn't keep dealing and lying to Brady and everyone else about it.

Message: Biologically, Bo is the result of an affair between Caroline & Victor--so he is a Kiriakis, by blood. However, most of his life he only knew of one father--Shawn Brady (Sr). He was raised as a Brady & thinks of himself as a Brady. It is also his legal last name, always has been.
Sami is, thankfully, one of those classic soap characters that isn't 100% good or bad, she is somewhere in between. She can be someone's victim or be the evil doer, she is capable of doing both quite well.
