I expect that the portrayers of EJ, Nicole, and Sami will do good performances as they usually are good at what they do.
However, I am sick, sick, sick of good Sami. She can't stay good. As I said before she needs a sock in her mouth. Here she is always interrupting people and now she gets to have Sydney which, even though she rightfully deserves her, I can't help but feel some anger because Sami ALWAYS gets things her way. It seems like everything has to revolve around her. The writers are forgetting that it was the bad, manipulating Sami that won awards for the show and she was very popular as a villanous.
Nicole needs to fall and fall hard, but I hope they start treating the character better.
I'm also anxiously waiting for the reveal. I agree that James Scott will put in a stellar performance. I also know that Arianne Zuiker (sp?) will bring me to tears from her performance. As bad a thing as she has done, she truly loves Sydney and it will be devastating for her to lose the baby.
Sami for years was one of my favorite actresses. Not so much anymore. She is so over dramatic and I've come to want to boot her in the butt. She just never, ever lets anyone else talk. She interrupts, tries to force people to do her bidding. I just don't care for the way the writers have made her a shrew. But - I do believe she will put in a good performance when she gets Sydney.
