The SL is just too predictable .... I think that it would have been far more interesting and create a new direction and stop the constant going in circles that has characterized this soap .... let Eric have some happiness, some peace and harmony at least for some time!
Not only am I not disappointed, I am not all surprised.
Ever since Donna took over as one of the leads, B&B which already was sinking like the Titanic was even sinking further. The way B&B was dropping, it wouldn't be long for a thread " How long will this show remain on air?"
Normally I respect other's opinions, however how anyone can take Donna seriously is beyond me. Everytime I think of her running Forresters, I can't stop laughing.

Message: No you are not the only one I totally agree with you and I am sure there are others out there who are fed up with the constant s/l of characters having sex with other people outside their current relationship. Its like a revolving door, same s/l only with different characters. It is so predictable we know it all off by heart, even the dialogue, I guess having sex break up a relationship to put another couple together is just too easy.

It sure would have been nice to see Donna remain faithful to Eric & they end up being a blissfully happy & committed couple(impossible on a soap I guess, especially B&B). I would have really enjoyed seeing Eric & Donna prove the naysayers in their life wrong. That would have been a lot more interesting to me than Donna & Owen doing the predictable. Would be nice if for once, TPTB would not go the obvious, predictable route.
