Topic: Me thinks Steffie could be falling for Bill??

It seems to me that Steffie is becoming a bit infatuated with Bill and I certainly wouldn't put it past him to be using her as part of his plan. I hope not, but we know this can't end up being just a fun loving group all getting along happily ever after..especially after those tapes of Bill's Dad and his final wishes. There's got to be more to that and some drama somewhere from all of this and as I've said before...I just don't trust Bill. Although, I'm really wishing I could, because it's such a nice feeling when everybody is getting along and I'm so liking his equal opportunity fairness to all or any Forrester that's willing to still try and make it work. I'm impressed with Steffie for the first time ever!

So let's hope she doesn't take after Mommie and start fantasizing, then chasing, tempting and teasing good 'ole Dollar Bill.

That's so funny.So many of you Brooke haters/Taylor lovers give kudos to Taylor when her kids do something that deserves a cookie.But when one of Tay's brats act up,you blame Brooke.When Steffy is behaving,it's because of **Taylor's wonderful mothering**,when Steffy is misbehaving,it's Brooke **who raised her**.You want it both ways,I see.BTW,you should swallow a dose of your own medicine Delois.You had the hypocritical gaul to tell the OP ***to stop blaming Taylor for everything that happens on the show and to give credit where credit is due.I wonder if you would consider taking some of your own unsolicited advice and do the same when it comes to Brooke.I doubt it.

Well I don't hate Brooke and I don't 'love' Taylor either. They are just characters on the show. Ridge, Brooke and Taylor ALL had a hand in raising Steffy but I don't blame ANY of them for her actions any more than I blame Bridge for the actions of Rick. They are responsible for their own actions. JMO Laura

First of all Duh-lois, I didn't blame Taylor for anything... I just think Steffie is acting similair to Taylor by going after or throwing herself on a very content and soon to be married man (altho, I still don't trust him). And please just re-read HIBISCUS's post for everything else I felt like saying! Because , I also hope when Steffie acts like a nice respectful young woman for once....you'll also give credit to Brooke as well. Taylor has been alive long enough to have some influence on her, but I guess, since Taylor's been back she's been nothing but a drunk, a cougar and a deceitful homewrecker....therefore, Steffie didn't really stand a chance of improving from Brooke's horrible influence and upbringing...even with all of Saint Mom's morals.~tbit

tidbit, I think you called it!!! She does seem to act interested in him and she is following in her Mother's footsteps by going after any man linked to a Logan woman. I'm sure Tayfans will be cheering her on, although, if it were Brooke they would've stoned her and claimed it was such a bad immoral thing to do!! (but, instead and as usual, they'll probably find some dumb reason to excuse Steffie's actions only because of something Brooke did 10 years ago!)...the usual and predictable defense.

No I don't see any response blaming Brooke at all, though certainly a few blaming Taylor LOL.. .If Steffy does chase Bill, then as a young adult that is her choice not the fault of her Mom or Step mom IMO Laura

Okay, you both are putting words in my mouth that I didn't say or only seeing what you want to see. I never said anyone would blame Brooke and I didn't blame Taylor either? I said she was acting like Taylor and that Tayfans would probably excuse her actions.

Still the truth is, what it is and I did NOT say that and I do still feel that some will excuse Steffie's actions by saying that Brooke has done things in the past too! dd

Last time I checked, saying someone will: ''probably do x'' means preemptively accusing them of something because you're speculating on something they haven't done yet. Not putting words in your mouth unless you are either following a different definition of ''preemptive'' or talking about another Brooke

Seems to me the writers don't know what to do with Steffy, so they keep testing her with all these different men -- Marcus, TLP, Owen, and now Bill -- to see what sticks.  Personally, I liked her best with Marcus.  I think those two actors have natural chemistry.

I agree. I'd much rather see Steffy with Marcus then slutting after her step-aunt's fiance' or her step-brother. -bren

Steffy should be with a young male such as Marcus. I guess the writer's don't see enough 'conflict' to go there. Too bad. Laura

When Steffie was with Marcus, she was the sweet , Naive Steffie. But she has changed alot, ( I still laugh when you say TLP !!) seemed like she was going after Owen. (what changed there?) But Bill, mmm maybe?? But I read Bill and Katie are getting married soon. ~~Bonk5

I really also disliked the way she went about her pursuit of Rick, one day hating him and the next day, being all over him, while she still had a relationship with Marcus. I just dont really care for her style. She's a waffle woman. Look at her parents. I really liked her with Marcus and they had great chemistry, but she has a lot of redeaming to do, after the Owen thing, to make me have any respect for her again.

I guess we all have our own view of what constitutes 'bad' behavior but I don't care so much about Steffy/Owen as I do about the texting from Ridge's phone to Brooke. Now THAT was a low act IMO Laura
