I haven't watched ATWT in several years but tuned in one day last week. There was a character named Hunter who was angry at Emily because of some advice she gave him. Paul made a remark that alluded to them having some connection but I was confused. By the way, the show was good, way better than anything on ABC.
Years ago Emily gave some of her eggs to her mother so she and her husband Larry McDermot could have a baby together. That baby is now Allison.
Emily decided to have her tubes tied while she was having an affair with Casey Hughes and when she found out she couldn't have the procedure reversed so that she could have another baby, she contacted her former step-father to find out where the eggs left over from the procedure to help her mother were, she found out that Larry had given some of the eggs to another woman to help her have a baby so Hunter is Emily's *son* by virtue of the in vitro.
Emily's sudden desire to have a baby IMO is ridiculous especially since she already has a son called Daniel with Tom Hughes, Casey's father and hardly every thinks of him.
