I know that Bonnie decided not to go on that trip with Dusty and break up with him, but what happened afterwards? Did she leave town with her mother? If so, what was her excuse? Also, what the heck happened to Jade? Is she still living at Lily's house? If not, is she living with Derrick? The girl just disappeared.

I can't tell you how much I was looking forward to a storyline with Jade and Derrick and their newfound relationship. It would have been something new and exciting and far removed from the everloving, evertelling, love triangles/quadrangles that have flooded the program for the last 15 plus years. Then again, I realized my hopes were in vain for if the writers cannot do a decent romantic storyline, whatever made me think they could produce the trials and tribulations of a father and daughter relationship....the right way of course.
To drop these characters like hot potatoes is a disgrace and shows lack of respect for the viewing public. Pisses me off to no end.

Message: Wow, I hate to say this, but I had not even missed Jade until you mentioned her name. I guess that means I don't care, huh. But I believe that any character deserves an explanation for disappearing into oblivion. Even the ones I don't care for.
