Subject: That makes a great deal of sense, that a child's taste buds are more sensitive than those of an adult. Maybe that explains the kiddies' penchant for ramen noodles, mac-n-cheese, chicken noodle soup etc. - the blander, the better! eom/starfish

Subject: I think it's only as to certain types of flavors (bitter is one of them, I forget the others). You notice no candy is ever too sweet for a kid or and potato chip is ever too salty! ~i&b
