Topic: Bill O'Reilly interviewing Hillary Clinton.....

I only saw a couple clips of it this morning on a cable show.  From what I saw in those two clips it did look as though he was giving her a chance to answer without cutting her off.  That was a first for him.  I think he knew he’d get a lot of grief if he did…not that he usually cares.

I think that was what Miller was irate about. BO actually let her answer and of course if you let someone speak you're letting them spin you. (horrors) Anyway, yeah I used to like Miller but he's turned mad-dog right wing now. shebee

I saw most of it. The second half is tonight I think. Bill was his usual self and Hillary was very relaxed and nice. Afterward that comedian (?)...can't think of his name right now was acting like a rabid dog when Bill asked for his opinion on how he did. Oh yeah, Dennis Miller! Miller was outraged! Outraged I say!! He didn't think Bill O attacked hard enough and got Bill to say that because Hill was wearing pink that she was trying to appear more feminine. What these guys know about women you could fill a whole thimble.

Actually, what BO knows about anything could fill a thimble. Almost every day he’s proven wrong on something he has said. I wouldn’t call Dennis Miller a real comedian. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything funny come out of his mouth. / Vivian

DM goes on shows like The Tonight Show and goes off on a tirade, and tries to be funny and no one laughs. He usually makes no sense. His show on CNBC got cancelled because of zero ratings. It seems Fox takes all the throw-aways from other networks and people with past indictments. / Vivian

I guess funny is in the ears (and eyes) of the beholder. To me Stephen Colbert and John Stewart are not funny. Angela, I was talking about an old one that got canceled a while ago. Does he have a new one? If he does, I’ll have to check the ratings. He works for Fox now and then. He was with some sportscasters for about five minutes a couple years ago. Nothing he does ever lasts. / Vivian

KOP, the right wing still thinks they can beat her. Limbaugh has been telling his followers for months to re-register as a Democrat so they can vote for Hillary in the primaries and then go back to Republican to vote against her in the fall. I’m sure that’s where she’s getting some of her votes. But now that Obama is having Wright trouble they are re-thinking their strategy. / Vivian

Yes shebee, it’s legal to change your registration, just not Christian like to do it for that purpose. It’s just like the Swift Boat liars. It was legal to run an ad that was a lie. It’s also legal for Limbaugh to incite a riot at the Democratic convention as long as he keeps saying he’s only dreaming of it and that’s what he’s doing. People can get pepper sprayed or killed and cars and buildings can get burned down, but he won’t be held responsible. I believe in Karma and I believe that some day he and Karl Rove will get theirs.

It seems the right wing nut jobs are having so much influence on the fringe lunatics out there that something really awful could happen. I would think that Rush and Rove would feel bad if it did but I don't think that's possible. It's funny, I have a few conservative Republican friends who are open minded and even a little liberal. Why can't regular Republicans curb their rabid dogs like Rush and BO? I just heard that BO has the highest rated nightly news (?) cast. How can that be? shebee

Thanks, Angela. I think I did hear about that show. I had forgotten all about it. Shebee, BO does have the highest rated show in his time slot but a lot of them are dying out. According to the ratings takers, the majority of his fans are the over 65 and/or are undereducated. Then there are some who watch him just to see his insanity, or to report on it. I don’t think anyone can curb them as long as they have high ratings, which translates into money. / Vivian
