Subject: well since the scripts must be written and they shoot about 3 weeks in advance of air date I would imagine the timing makes sense..I am just relieved he's coming back...! SORAS

originator of the show said to the press that everybody had to take a decrease in salary, including herself. I would expect that some actors really needed to think about this for a while, and a nice vacation, presumably paid, would be the right amoung of time to realize where else they were apt to be able to work on TV in the coming year. If seniority counts for anything, Michael must be drawing one of the largest salaries.
