Subject: Hi! I don't consider it rape, but Amanda will play victim in all of this eventhough, David didn't put a gun to her head, & she was willing. I just think Chrishell saying that it was THE HARDEST scene she's ever done, just a bit of an exaggeration in her part, considering that Amanda has never been some saint

Subject: In my opinion, Chrishell made it very clear that the scenes were the hardest SHE had ever done because the storyline is stupid, and because she thought Amanda was acting out of character. She explained the process a LOT of actors do when they find themselves backed into a corner with the script, and have to find a way to do their job!! eom/Tex

Subject: This is just bad, bad writing. No wonder Chrishell had a hard time with the scene. She had to try to understand and somehow justifty, in her own mind, Amanda's reasons for doing this, but the reasons made no sense. The storyline is outrageously stupid, ergo she as an actress had trouble with the role. Pratt oughta revive Passions and write for THAT show instead of AMC! His ideas are straight out of the Bizarro Universe. Understatement
