Additional Comments: Who is taking care of the children? Zack fired the nanny so who is taking care of Ian while he's in jail and Kendall is on the run? Where is Spike (what a ridiculous name, should be a bulldog). He's supposed to be with Ryan but for the past few weeks while they are talking with Emma Spike is nowhere to be seen. I used to think it was charming that they actually showed children on AMC but now it's become really creepy. You never see them playing and giggling, they are always depressed and being emotionally abused by their parents and everyone else.

Yes, Tunifer, ITA. I have no idea where Ian is at this point...let's assume with Opal..why Opal? Because she always ends up with everybody's kids...offscreen...since Opal will be no more.

I don't understand how/why the children are treated as they are anymore but I think it has something to do with the move to LA and losing the little NYC actors.

I also don't understand why JR continues to live in a couple of rooms at the Yacht Club when he can afford to rent a house til he knows what he's doing with this life. I assume, though, the Yacht Club is working out since L'il A is apparently spending all of this time at Tad's while JR undergoes chemo.

I think most of the actors interact really well with the children...you can see how good TK is with kids..and CM and Emma...I've seen them together doing other things on TV and she genuinely loves CM...and JY..he's been wonderful with any children they've had him with...when JR was caring for baby Bess..he was just wonderful. And AM does really well keeping the toddlers settled during scenes...so it's too bad they don't show the children having happier lives than they appear to. It's like they're all on their own...I remember one time when both Tad and KWAK left the house in the middle of the night for something...well who watched Jenny and Kathy?!?! Opal didn't live there then!

So I posted last week that Spike triplets appeared to be the child in the commercial for The Ride & Learn Giraffe commercial that's hot and heavy on daytime TV in prep for the holidays.

I said that the little boy appears to be enjoying the toy with great glee but of course Spike as we know him has little personality--- but then he's not given a toy like that to go crazy with!

And I assume since Spike has disappeared from PV view and won't be in LA, the triplets have gone off to pursue other career opportunities.

Makes me wish I had identical multi-births so I could have them go out and earn a living for me!! LOL

But I think my main problem with the AMC children anymore is that the parents seem to do little to shield them from the parents' problems. Sure you cannot shield children from everything but these are tiny little ones caught up in the middle of big messes! I mean for awhile Zach did try to shield the boys..but now the boys are who knows where and he doesn't seem to be concerned about that...it's all about Kendall. SOMEBODY must have Ian at this point they just don't say who!

So far the most protective parent lately has been Liza.
