Topic: Say It Ain't So, Josh!

Not to get too off topic and/or personal about an AMC related actor, but if the rumors about Josh Duhamel's dalliance with a stripper are true...I'm very disappointed.  Fergie just seems to adore him and love being married..she's gorgeous and talented and  I know gorgeousness of the wife has nothing to do with when a man strays...but I guess in my mind, I think of Josh as being as nice a guy and devoted a husband as Leo was...and I don't want it to be true that he's been unfaithful.

He denies it, Fergie says she believes him, the stripper says she kept the text messages that will prove it.  MINIMALLY, I can't believe he'd be that stupid to think the stripper wouldn't yap about it. 

But I'm not pre-judging - I'm just saying say it ain't so, Josh!

As far as the comment that no source has been named, that isn't quite true.  The stripper herself has come forward.  Of course she could have lied--it IS the Enquirer after all.  But why would she just pop up, out of the blue to make some random comments if he hadn't been to the strip club to begin with.  I also don't buy that she didn't know who he was.  Josh has a history of making sure EVERYONE knows who he is!

Sad state of affairs, pun firmly intended, when you assume the worst on the word of this stripper. Fergie should have known? I prefer to think of him as innocent unless proven guilty. I'll NEVER think as you do and as you think she should. A shame. Just because cheating runs rampant in Hollywood doesn't mean everyone does. eom/Kilo

Just because a man goes to a strip club does not mean he cheated on his wife. I agree that it's a shame your mind goes to guilt first. If he is, so be it, but I prefer to wait. His wife is staying by his side and that's good enough for me for now. eom/????

Why would a stripper just randomly come forward with these accusations? One word - money!

Kilo: If I hadn't heard plenty of stories of JD being a general jerk & throwing his clout around, I would probably agree w/you. But between that & life experience, I don't. Supposedly, JD has admitted to going to the strip club. To SOME women, there are other ways of cheating, besides the physical. Yes, the stripper is probably coming forward & talking (to the Enquirer, not the NY Times) for the $$. That doesn't make it untrue. A lot of women would have a problem w/their man going to a strip club, period! eom

A lot of women don't and if his word is okay for Fergie why get your panties in a twist. I've read plenty about the couple and never once read what you suggest. Is it only tabloids you read? Sure seems like it. eom./

Most of RB's responses sound like they are headlines from the tabloids. Right next to what Jon and Kate have done lately. She reads and believes it all then POSTS as if it were true and from a reliable source. I never believe a word she says as it's all tabloid stories and antiquated responses as if she's in the know. She's really in the NO. eom/

I've never read anything about Josh being a cheater either. Where are these stories? He's always complimented his wife and said how happy he is. Recently when asked about her marriage she described it as awesome. Where ARE these other stories coming from if not tabloids? eom/Ploma

I saw it on Inside Edition and Showbiz Tonight/goldie

Saw proof that he cheated OR this story, without foundation, being reported by the paparazzi? Of course it's out there since she accused him, that doesn't mean it's true. eom/

I saw the story, no proof, she says she has texts, it will all blow over and there will be another celebrity in some kind of scandal/goldie
