Additional Comments: When he walked in I noticed his shirt was tucked in just the front , in his belt buckle, isn't that a teenage thing? How old is this young upcoming Dr supposed to be anyway? He seems to be very immature.

For a guy who's been through medical school and rough times in the military, he seems immature to me. He makes a deal with a known criminal and then, like a young teen, he tries to scare him with "my Dad is the Chief of Police and he'll ...". Yeah, Frank/Frankie/Franklin, Daddy will fight your battles for you.
