After today's episode it is pretty clear that the 'tude' is back. This was more like the Petey that Kendall 'babysat' and Petey blackmailed. This is more like the Petey that was taking money from suckers dumb enough to play cards with him. Came on a bit slow, but yep that's little Petey Cortland.

Message: I am lovin the new Petey. I like a actor who could bring out the emotion in the viewers. I think he'll be a force to be reckoned with in a sneaky unassuming way at first. I think his dressing will throw some off guard then he'll hit them with his genius.

Message: The only interest I have in NuPeety is whether his appearance will result in my seeing more of his parents. If Palmer can show up once a week, with Opal, or separately, then I can abide Petey, but othewise he is just another obnoxious faux teen actor thrust upon me because it's summertime. Faugh and faux! I'd rather watch Myrtle have a scotch with Zach -- or Palmer.
Although I agree about these points there's still a side missing. Mitchell Federan had a smarmy goofiness that was wonderful. Hope this guy shows those colors, too.
