No ... but I might be if Alexa Havins was still playing her. Nothing against Amanda Baker ... I just wasn't as invested in the character after the recast.

Oof, that's a tough one. There are still some pretty craptastic storylines, but I'll have to say it has improved, if only slightly.

Unlike my M&M's preference, I choose peanut Annie over plain Annie.

3) Yes. Although *glad* is way too bland a word to describe the sheer joy of being rid of the baby-stealing skank ho that has plagued Pine Valley with her twisted, ill-conceived, self-aggrandizing version of love and loyalty for way too many years.

4) Yes, much improved with diversity of stories and useage of vets along with newbies.

1, Bianca and Zoe 2, Tad Martin. Anyone is better than David. 3, I was getting used to Amanda Baker as Babe, so yes. 4, Yes, since Bianca came back, AMC has improved 5, I hate Annie, but if I had to pick one, I'd say sane.

1) Bianca & Maggie OR Bianca & Reese ? Bianca & Reese. Maggie never appealed to me. She was like a little kid. Bianca has always been very womanly, even back then when she was with Maggie. Reese is a much better fit. They seem like equals.

2) Tad Martin OR David Hayward ? OMG! David Hayward. I'd take smoldering ,sexy, dark good looks over cute and boyish with a dash of smugness anyday.

3) Yes OR No: Are you sad Babe died in the tornado ? Absolutely not. I couldn't wait. The tornado should be given a medal.

4) Yes OR No: Has AMC improved since last year ? Yes. Except for Taylor and Jake, I find every story filled with emotion and worthwhile to watch. I like that it's not Babe and Krystal centric anymore. The SL's are more evenly balanced between all the characters.

Answers:

(1) Bianca & Maggie, because their relationship was given a chance to grow and develop. This Bianca/Reese thing just appeared outta nowhere.

(2) Tad! I love Thaddeus J. Martin. Always have, always will. He was my first big crush at Pine Valley High, lol!

(3) NO. I'm glad to see the last of that skanky, baby-snatching, inconsistent, treacherous, deceitful low-life.

(4) Has AMC improved since last year? Well...sort of, I guess. The writing is generally better now, and the storylines move along at a much quicker pace. Under the previous writing regime we used to have boring, repetitious scenes that played and replayed the same old tired stuff. Talk about deja vu! At least Charles Pratt doesn't torture us in THAT way. On the other hand, Pratt has made some bad storyline decisions, i.e. Bianca's "treachery" towards her own sister...and the horrible Rylee Redux. I liked last year's Greenlee much better than the current Greenlee...and I don't mean because the actress was replaced. I'm referring to the fact that Greenlee was a BETTER WRITTEN CHARACTER a year ago.

(5) Oh, Annie's better, funnier, and more likable as a basket case. I love her demented schemes!

RANDOM:

(1) I prefer apples.

(2) Vanilla. Even at my advanced age, chocolate still gives me the zits.

(3) Turtlenecks look nice, but I don't like the way they choke and constrict my neck. So, no.

(4) I'm a horror fan, so Halloween has always been right up my alley. You can't make it too creepy for me. But I love Christmas too, because of the warmy fuzzy associations left over from my childhood. If I had to pick one of the two, I'd have to say Christmas.

(5) I never watch the Food Network. The only food show I've ever seen is Posh Nosh...and that's not meant to be taken seriously. When the chef tells you to "Mortify an onion," you know that you're being had,lol!

1. Well since I hated Bianca with Maggie and frankly never considered them a romantic pairing ... I have to go with Bianca and Reese (though Bianca with Lena was my favorite of her romances).
2. Tad Martin - just barely. I generally like David, but right now he is annoying the ever loving c**p out of me with his ranting about Babe.
3. Sad about Babe dying? Never. I disliked the character from the moment she showed up in town. It only got worse when she stole Bianca's baby and suffered no consequences. Just a terrible, horrible, selfish character with no redeeming qualities (in my eyes anyway).
4. Has AMC improved? I'm going to go with yes - because really? The show couldn't have gotten much worse than where it was.
5. I like Annie in general, but I really hate the whole making her nutty thing. Why? Because she was a fairly normal and grown up character who has been destroyed to prop up Ryan and Greenlee. What a waste.
