Topic: Who killed Richie?

We've seen possible re-enactments as Jesse tries to piece it all together. We did see Annie remembering that night and it showed she hit him with a tire iron. From that we're supposed to believe she DID kill him. I'm not so sure. I bet that HURT and knocked him out long enough for her to get away but someone else could have come along.

Also, the teens were on their way home and hit something in the road. Early reports were that Richie died of a hit and run accident. I also think that was foolish since the report came out before the autopsy and IF they hit him I believe they drove OVER his already dead body.

Zach found the body. I don't think Zach did it BUT he was looking for Richie and had murder on his mind. Seems someone beat him to it - or did they?

The autopsy showed he died of a blunt force to the head. Annie hitting him with the crow bar? Zach? The teens running over him? I'm not buying any of that.

I say someone else came along and did 'im in! There are any number of people with a motive AND I think Richie probably had a LONG list of enemies any one of whom could have been tracking him down, saw him in the road and YEEEHAW!

My problem with the Annie scenario is they had a flat tire. Are we to believe she changed it? She whacked him before he got to it. Women can change tires (I've done it) but man those lug nuts are near impossible. So there's that, too. Maybe someone came along, helped her then offed the jerk.eom/WE

I think Annie is too simple, it will probably be the one we least expect. Where was Tad? No just kidding, Richie wasn't under dirt. Maybe Babe? Erica is still locked up so she's out, although very capable, does she have a letter opener? Where is Jonathan? JR? No, his MO is to dump a huge pile of crates on the victim. Well they will probably find some way to blame Adam. It is a mystery??/goldie

I'm thinking someone from his past. Remember when it came out he killed a childhood friend and there was a witness, another childhood friend? Richie ran the guy off. Maybe he didn't run too far and has been looking for the chance to rid himself of Richie so he doesn't have to forever look over his shoulder and saw his chance. eom/WE

Wow, W.E. your suggesting ''another'' suspect adds to the intrique. I, too, feel he was dead before the kids ran over him. Yet, about a month ago I read a post here saying Annie would exit the show, thus giving me the impression she did it. Then again, perhaps we will see Ryan remembering the night he and ? met with that childhood friend in a cabin, not too far from where Zach had car trouble. Never did find out what Richie did to him. Hmmm the plot thickens. :) eom Suds

The childhood friend actually saw Richie drown another boy. Then Richie cozeyed up to the dead boys parents and they gave him their son's baseball card collection which is what Richie wanted. The friend went into hiding because he was afraid of Richie and stayed there without ever telling anyone until Ryan found out there was a witness and was going to get him in order to get Richie, but Richie found out and went there ahead of Ryan. They never showed us what happened. They just showed Richie on his way back, smiling and of course Ryan couldn't find him. He could be dead or he could have come back and killed Richie. I really hope that is what happened because I really like Annie.
