Additional Comments: God, when is all this going to stop??? Doesn't Jack remember what Erica tried to do to her daughter?? All this fawning over Erica, is making me violently ill. and this Sam Woods creep. He barely knows Erica, yet he lashes out at the warden for making Erica spend a little bit of time in solitary. Erica Kane is not God's gift to mankind. Jack should move on with his life, and not look back. and Samuel, well he should just go away.

For me, the whole thing was good for a laugh! I actually thought Erica was still hallucinating when Sam opened the door, came in and ''swooped'' her up in his strong, manly arms and carried our heroine out the door! LOL! All in silhouette! What? Erica wasn't able to ''walk'' out under her own power? Sam should have said to her: ''Come on Erica! We KNOW you can do it! After all aren't you one of those superstrong ''KANE WOMEN''?

I thought it was still part of her dream because I couldn't believe they would actually have made it real! It was sooo corny!

Apparently Jack is the same as always towards Erica. Not too long ago he told her he didn't love her anymore, that he finally had ''had'' it. After all, she slept with Jeff and kissed him right in front of Jack. She tried to have Greenlee committed. Whatever she does, he is her lapdog. Yes, she's the most desirable woman in the world. No one can resist her. All the men in the world who have loves would drop their love and go to Erica if she wanted them too. All the wives and sweethearts are second fiddle to Erica. That rant felt good LOL.

When Erica slept with Jeff, she had moved out the marital home where she lived with Jack for NINE months and Jack had already filed divorce papers… All was not fine and dandy with Jack & Erica as you make it sound. Yes she was still married to Jack but he was also married to Erica when he slept with Barbara. Besides Jack should be one of the last man to complain about another man sleeping with his wife, as he spent a lifetime sleeping with other men’s wives – including his brother’s two wives….karma is…what it is. And she kissed Jeff deliberately in front of Jack because he had deceived her, she did not just do it out of the blue. She went home under false pretenses after he had sent all her clothes over to the Valley Inn from the house he said he bought for her. Jack was pretending the ‘gifts’ Colby & Sean gave to Erica as an enticement for her to come home, came from him. None of these actions Erica hid from Jack as their marriage was already on the rocks from IRRECONCIABLE DIFFERENCES the reason they filed for their divorce.

Erica couldn't face that Jack was interested in Lily's running away (not focusing on her) so she said she needed space and moved into the hotel.

Ahh, Stratty, you kind of got the story twisted. Erica left her home because she felt Jackson paid too much attention to Lily and her needs. She knew that Jack would have to do this before she married him. Then there was Sean who came to stay with them and Erica didn't like that because he was Barbara's son. After she moved out, Jackson had her clothes shipped to her at the hotel because she wasn't giving him enough reason as to why she was leaving accept that she needed more space. She started seeing Jeff and she kissed him in front of Jackson to get him jealous and Jack did not respond as she wanted him to. Then she slept with Jeff after that. After that Barbara came along and saw how sad Jackson was and followed him on the yacht and slept with him and Erica came in because she was going to apologize to Jackson for her actions and she was shocked that Barbara was there. Served her right. Then Jackson filed for a divorce. Jackson was not pretending about those gifts. When Erica mentioned it, he had no idea what she was talking about and then the both of them figured it was Sean and Colby's doing.

No Precious I did not twist the story. The reason Erica left home may be a moot point never to be agreed on between us but there are actually STATED facts to back up my point. Erica left home because Jackson had moved in Sean on her without taking her feelings into consideration. Sean wasn’t only Barbara’s son but he is the son of her ex-husband Travis, whom he conceived with Barbara while he was married to Erica but lied about the conception. I know my husband would never move in a child on me like that without first discussing the issue with me. Sean even mentioned to Colby that he heard his uncle & Erica arguing about him and it wasn’t until after he went to see Erica in her office and they straightened things out that Erica & Sean came to a new understanding. Jackson also filed for guardianship of Sean before he told Erica…of course long before that Erica had also kept the huge secret of Josh from him which sent him off on his yacht with Brooke…so there were problems before she had it with Sean. It wasn’t about Lily although Lily WAS getting her self in trouble one after another and she had just had that rape scare…Erica spent some time in the hospital with her and actually moved out the night she came home. But from everything stated and shown it wasn’t about Lily even though I recalled very clearly that Lily did not even answer Erica when she enquired about her feelings the night she came home. Besides Jackson was always leaving first Reggie then Sean to look out after Lily even BEFORE and AFTER Erica married him AND after she moved out. But I will emphasize that I never saw that issue brought up whereas the Sean one wasn’t subtle it was stated, but Jack told Sean ‘He would take care of Erica.’ Jackson had her clothes shipped out because he gave her AN ULTIMATUM to come home – he should know Erica doesn’t do well with ultimatums but that’s him always trying to control & change her. And come on, Precious, he did say he bought the house FOR her, so he may have been angry & revengeful but he was literally then taking back all claims on the house. Erica kissed Jeff on the yacht in front of Jack AFTER she realized he was still pretending about the gifts…this is not my opinion this is a fact that can be checked. I did not see her trying to make Jackson jealous, she wanted to show him that she was done – wasn’t spending the New Year’s Eve night with him or going back home with him at that point and she left with Jeff. I would imagine she felt used going home for Christmas, sleeping with him and then overhearing Sean & Colby talking in the living room (all of which we saw) about the gifts. ORIGINALLY Jackson DID NOT know about the gifts, he just thought Erica came back to him after he manly man made the point of throwing her out (the clothes) but after hearing her talking in “riddles” he confronted Sean who finally told him the truth….Erica realized Jack knew the truth when she overheard Sean & Colby talking in the living room and arranged for that ‘twelve-days’ of Christmas show-down on the yacht. Jackson filed for divorce BEFORE Erica slept with Jeff, Precious, go check it out. Also Erica wasn’t shocked to see Jack with Barbara – she wasn’t hurt as she always knew what Barbara was after even though Jackson practically loathe the woman. Erica even dressed up in that French maid costume and served them breakfast in bed…do you recall that. I saw that on my TV. If Erica was hurt she would run away without rubbing the hurt in her own face and she did not even throw the breakfast tray in Barbara’s face! But I ABSOLUTELY agree with you, Precious, that Jackson was sad, when Barbara followed him on the yacht & they slept together – grief sex too? Fact is he was still married to Erica too. Jackson was sad because that was the evening he and Erica had actually gone over the divorce papers with Livia and allocated the property by the two parties…remember that … Jackson even suggested in the allocation of property that they sell the house (now remember he threw her clothes out of her house so why bother pretend he saw it as her house too) and divide the money from the sale of the house – that’s when Erica told her to keep it as HIS family had always lived there and that was their home. Bottom line is Erica & Jack’s marriage was far from the happy one it is made to sound like when she slept with Jeff, whom she had started a relationship (while still married, but literally separated) and Jack also slept with Barbara while he was married to Erica. But somehow it is only Erica’s wrongs that are always seen, Jackson’s are always oblivious.

Oh Precious, I know my response is already VERY long but I just have to clarify this one thing – when I said Erica went home under false pretenses I meant on HER part – SHE thought Jack had extended a sort of ‘apologetic hand’ to her with the carefully chosen ‘twelve-nights’ gifts’ Colby had thought out and sent to her signed ‘J’ – Jeff had already confirmed from the second or third gift they were not from him. Also Erica DID go to the yacht to tell Jack that she still loved him but realized it was too late when she saw Barbara in bed with him and proceeded to serve them… as stated above. Additionally, I COULD understand (but know that was not the ultimate reason) if you said Erica moved out because SHE was spending too much time with Lily (she had never pretended she was a ‘den mother’) rather than the comment that Jack was spending too much time with Lily, although that was still NOT the ‘straw that broke her back.’ And I say this because Lily had just recently moved back in with Jack & Erica after she found out that Jonathan had regained his senses but had been pretending with her. Lily was naturally very upset & withdrawn. We learnt during a conversation between Erica & Jack that it was “The totally & utterly (those adjectives leave no room for anything other) self-absorbed and self-centred Erica who loves only herself”’ (description according to Jack) who was getting up at nights and holding/comforting Lily while she cried. This was of course before Lily was able to email & receive messages to/from Terry without Jack, who was spending SO much time with her, noticed. Ironic isn’t it! No hard feelings though Precious I enjoyed this ‘discussion’ with you. I DO mostly if not entirely agree with your posts/responses on da man Adam!

Also, Erica used Sean as an excuse. The truth was she had her own issues at the time about Josh and Greg and didn't want to face them. Sean's coming to their home was the final straw for her but that wasn't what it was all about at all. The truth was the going got tough and Erica couldn't handle it which was understandable to a degree. Both Jack and Erica made mistakes.. However, she chose to run instead of dealing with their issues and that was the bottom line.

There WAS some ambiguity when Jack & Erica met with their lawyers Livia and John (day player) respectively, at the house as to what divorce transactions were taking place. But it was ONLY to divide their assets and draw up the DIVORCE SETTLEMENT…the final divorce papers were not signed then. However, Livia warned Jack as a friend that there was no turning back. It was after that Jack left for the yacht and Barbara followed and they slept together. Grief sex or not they slept together, no one said they had an affair. It is my understanding that Jack & Erica’s divorce became final after that new divorce reality show – I could be wrong about this but the earlier mentioned event was definitely ONLY their settlement of property. Hating or loving Jack does NOT change the facts, but opinions are another matter …more inside please…..

Samuel Woods doesn’t have to know Erica in a situation like this to help her, all he needs to know is that the crime she committed doesn’t deserve the punishment she was being subjected to by the Warden of the prison and as a US Attorney he can step in and stop said Warden from being unfair – heck he can report her for abuse of justice to his boss, the Attorney General, if she doesn’t heed his warning - and the Warden knows this. Erica was already in solitary for a day and the reason she was there, was because the Warden feels threatened by LaKane wanting to help the prisoners better themselves, and Sam knows this as Erica had already asked for his help. THAT is not a reason for solitary confinement for ANY length of time whatsoever - the Warden was just abusing her power, so she needed to be reprimanded.

That said, Samuel Woods does know more about Erica than an ordinary prosecutor would….he made it clear he has dossiers on a few individuals - including Erica, Adam & Zach - in PV.

...yeah, what you said, Stratty! It certainly was an abuse of power and the warden knew she'd overstepped her authority. Sam was cool threatening to go over her head to The Federal Bureau of Prisons Director if she didn't agree or comply...buddz

Jack had already told the Warden all of that yesterday and also threatened to call the bigwigs. Sam was just a parrot today and a bore to boot. EOM

The difference is....Sam is a US attorney...Jack's an ex-husband with temper issues. Go sam.

Right you are g_g. That’s what Jackson does best he threatens but he is really a gasbag. He does NOT have the power to take action. Sam is a US Attorney, most likely appointed by the President of the United States (as is MOST US Attorneys) and IS the HIGHEST law enforcement officer in whatever area he serves - he has the power. Just because he doesn’t brag and throw his power around doesn’t mean he doesn’t have it. Why did you think the Warden IGNORED Jackson’s threat…because she knows, as do I, it was just that - useless threats, much the same way he had previously threatened Sam when Erica was taken hostage. Jack told the Warden that “ She would be lucky she had a job as a hall monitor in a grade school, when he was done with her,” now unless he is going to plant cocaine in her office, he doesn’t have any power to make that happen, but it is amusing to hear him brag. Jack actually called Sam (how do you think Sam knew Erica was unjustly placed in solitary confinement) and it was a delight to hear Jack had to use Erica’s name to get through to Sam after his previous useless threats to the man.

I so agree; this whole story line is stupid to me. Jack might be easy on the eyes as is Samuel but who wants a man who is so shallow that he fawns all over the diva. Give me a guy who wants an honest relationship with no coy "save me" games! jmho
