Additional Comments: he will get his wife back with her children and he doesn't care how or who he has to kill or who has to die, did I hear right? Well Annie guess what you are not the only murderer in town, Oh but we already knew that, every one can torture, kill, blackmail and break the law anyway they feel like it to protect their family and the ones they love, but Annie doesn't have this luxury, she is not allowed to do whatever she feels right or wrong to protect her daughter. After all Erica told her that she does what she does because she loves her kids but Annie doesn't love Emma. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Message: Oh, well, Zach has been issuing loud pronouncements of Great Import, lately, yet he never seems to follow up. What about that one the other day when he was angry that he, Ryan, Annie all had sociopaths in their childhoods and loudly announced: "IT ENDS NOW!" Huh? Like he was gonna change all of their lousy childhoods with a big >poof< of magic! But nothin' happened. No poof. It was poof-less. Same thing with the threat to murder thing. Won't happen. There will not be poofs. It'll be poof free.

How about keeping a mother away from her child. And Ryan did this way before the murder fiasco.
I don't think what Ryan did is even in the ballpark of what Annie did. Because of Annie, Ryan thinks *Emma* killed Stuart. Because of Annie, Emma turned into a terribly confused fearful little liar. Now Annie is forcing Emma to go back to Adam's house where Emma does not want to go, and Annie knows why, because Emma witnessed a murder there. But Annie doesn't care because she needs to keep Emma away from Ryan so Emma doesn't blab the truth. Annie should lose Emma forever.
Before the murder Annie escaped Oak Haven and was on the run in some other country. It was strictly a court ruling that kept Annie from seeing Emma because of what Annie did to her own child and she has learned nothing from it. Annie had kidnapped her child, left her with her best friend Di, then pretended Emma was kidnapped by Di, whom she later had to kill (yeah Annie killed her best friend too because of a kidnapping Annie created) when Di realized what a traitor Annie had become. Annie used her daughter and endangered her life to get back Ryan and that is why the court ruled against Annie being with Emma. Annie has never shown any remorse for killing her best friend in the kidnapping saga that she created. Di only helped Annie & Emma and for that she lost her life.
In my estimation, one is as bad as the other; they've both done their share of dirt and when a child is at the center of it, there are no degrees of badness ... it's ALL bad. By no stretch of the imagination is Annie a saint or complete victim, but I admit that I DO tend to root for her because the writers have made her the whipping girl in a town of self-righteous blowhards who repeatedly get a pass for their evildoings. -- acidbrat ;-)
You don't have to be insane to manipulate a child in a divorce; trust me. People do it all the time. I'm not saying its right and I have seen some manipulation first hand that made me sick. Just saying, it happens. Jesse and the rest of the self righteous hippocrits deserve to be locked up far more than Annie does....Heidi
I think we're all pretty much agreed that Annie did NOT kill Stuart. Yet there's this huge witch hunt by the Good Citizens of Pine Valley to convict her. Annie is a very reactionary character: whenever evil is done to her, she strikes back, often inappropriately but understandably. Her original breakdown was caused by (a) Richie's abuse of her, and (b) Ryan's betrayal. She was badly treated back then, and she reacted by having a psychotic break with reality. Now, she's being hounded for a crime that she didn't commit. And her current actions/reactions are all caused by her trying to deal with that. Evil can be a self-perpetuating cycle, and abused people often pass on the abuse to their innocent kids. Grossly unfair, but it's a fact of life. Annie is now doing to Emma much of what was done to herself. She's telling Emma to LIE, to COVER UP, just as Richie once made Annie cover up his crimes. And she's also using Emma as a weapon to hurt Ryan, just as Ryan used Emma to hurt herself. Cause and effect. Annie's behavior is very, very misguided....but then, so is Ryan's behavior, so is Erica's, so is Zach's, so is Jesse's, etc. The whole posse is chasing Annie under the (mistaken) assumption that she killed Stuart. Not right. No wonder she's panicking and doing crazy stuff...In her place, I'd be not taking it well, either! Understatement
Also, the difference between her and everyone else is that she admits to what she had done but nobody else has done that. Precious
The adults are capable of fighting it out among themselves. Emma isn't. Nobody is hurting Emma except for Annie. And why? So Annie can live in the lap of luxury and power with Adam. No matter what it does to her daughter. Even if she has to accuse her own daughter of murder to get Adam off the hook. That puts Annie is class of ugly all by herself. I don't see why Zach shouldn't do whatever he must do to expose Annie. Annie brought this all on herself. She's disgusting.

Annie admits to what she had done? Is that supposed to be a joke? The psycho watched 3 teenagers take the fall for her killing her brother and it was evidence why she was caught. Also evidence & eye-witness that got her convicted of all the kidnapping antics she carried out and resulted in her killing Di. Evidence & eye-witness got her caught for stabbing Erica. What has she admitted to? Her daughter killing Stuart, right, what a lovely mother to throw her child under the bus for something she did not do! Annie did not admit to choking Erica she lied to Derrick. And she is lying by omission about what happened the night Stuart died. Annie is not panicky, she knows exactly what she is doing. She WANTS Kendall to stay convicted for Stuart’s murder and she feels no guilt over that or that her daughter told a vile lie on Kendall, with her approval. Annie did not kill Stuart but guess what, she IS the main accomplice FROM THE BEGINNING of the COVER-UP of his murder and that makes her guilty as sin. She is the RIGHT lead to uncovering who killed Stuart, Zach/Ryan/Erica and Liza ARE on the RIGHT track, they are not misguided they want their innocent relative/friend/client cleared. The group isn’t looking to pin a murder on Annie. They are not saying Annie must go to prison without evidence. They are looking for a confession or the truth from her, because no one else comes close to looking guilty as Annie for various reasons. They really think Annie is guilty and reality is she knows the truth that CAN CLEAR Kendall and that is the bottom line. Yes, Zach/Ryan /Erica and Liza have all done wrong, but Erica has been to jail and prison several times sometimes for months. And none of these people have stood by and watched another PV resident take a murder rap when they know the person is innocent. Annie is not a whipping girl, she thinks she is a smart ass killer but made the mistake of messing with the wrong people and would like to think she can manipulate them but finds out she can only do that to lonely Adam and lonely Scott.
Mistake Annie was not convicted only committed as her killing, stabbing spree were deemed that of a psychotic. Another thing: keeping the secret that Emma supposedly killed Stuart is already KILLING Adam as he admitted today and he has only known about this recently. Annie KNOWS THE TRUTH and has kept this murder secret for MONTHS and she has shown NO guilt, only DELIGHT, knowing that an INNOCENT mother of two children has been sentenced to life in prison, got stabbed in prison and is now being hunted down like a wild animal and can be shot as an escaped convict. That is not a panicky person, that is not a sympathetic person, that is not a whipping person, that is not a person who admits their wrong/lying, that is one cold hard arse bit**
I love Annie. Who else is there to like in Pinevalley? Please tell me.
