Topic: The killer will NOT due time????

All blame points to Adam.    However, will Scott, out of the gentle and forgiving nature of his father, refuse to file charges???   Also, being Marian is under arrest and being observed for mental issues, she may not have a say so in the final outcome.

P.S. Yet I do feel David should be in deep deep deep trouble.

If this were anything like real life, which of course it isn’t (far from it), once it is proven Adam was drugged, I would think David would be charged with manslaughter.  Furthermore, what he did to Adam yesterday is a felony.  With Adam’s heart condition he could easily die.  It’s unbelievable what the so-called ‘’good guys’’ (Jesse and Zach) get away with.  When it comes out Adam was the killer, David will probably show no guilt at all.

Let's recap. Zach is the father of Ian, a little boy who needed heart valve replacement surgery. There was a new heart valve on the market that looked like it would do the trick. It was a valve produced by Scott's company that Adam was invested in. When Adam learned the heart valve could be faulty, he was only worried about losing his investment. So Adam blackmailed David, who did not want to use the valve, into performing surgery on Ian with it, by agreeing to let David visit little Adam. So there is plenty of blame to go around, starting with Adam whose profit motive overruled everything else. Therefore Adam is not an innocent victim in this by any means. Adam was willing to play God with Ian's life. Ian did almost die when the heart valve malfunctioned. In fact, Ian's parents were told that he did die. That's what Adam's greed led to. Devastated parents and a little boy who was as good as dead. David deserves his share of blame too. But at least he tried to help Zach find out the real killer of Stuart. Since the real killer is *not* Kendall, and Annie and Emma both know that! Adam and Annie are really well matched. Adam used Ian as the guinea pig for his heart valve, well knowing it could be faulty. Annie used Emma to lie for her. Both Adam and Annie will even use innocent children, Annie will use her *own* child, to further their own selfish agendas. Zach knows Kendall did not kill Stuart and he has every right to get the truth out of Annie and Adam however he has to. They have already hurt his family enough through their greed, selfishness and insanity.

Yeah Vivian you can put David's ethics through the eye of a needle. To think he is the PVH chief of staff...what a joke, what a horrible joke.

Viv, David won't have any splatter on him as 'Nurse goodbody' already took the fall for the medicine mix-up. That is why 'Nurse goodbody' is off camera taking care of she who must be Greenlee. Nope, no problems for Dr. Isavelivesitswhatido. Gary

Yes, I know that the nurse took the fall, but you would think David could at least show a little guilt, as should the others for getting him to drug Adam again. Each of them has always been just as guilty as Adam ever was but he’s always ostracized. And yes, Laurag, Adam didn’t learn of it till Ian was already in surgery…and Kendall and Zach have done worse. / Vivian

Viv, that's what I thought. The whole thing is based on the point that Adam is everything evil in the world and responsible for other people's actions and choices.Yes, Adam has done some horrible things, but so has everybody who condemns him. KWAK actually fired the gun at Adam because she blames him for her losing everything when David and Marissa learned the truth, but Krystal is the one who sold her baby in the first place. David claims to love Little A more than anything but, he was ready to murder his grandson's other grandfather with his grandson in the house; JR thinks that Adam accidentally killed Dixie while deliberately trying to kill Babe, but didn't JR almost kill Kendall-and-baby while trying to kill Babe; and Zach and Kendall are by far the stupidest...when their baby flatlined, instead of doing what I can only assume most parents would do and either beg the doctors to save their child, or hold him in their arms so their baby boy doesn't leave the world alone, they, being the cracker-jack aprents that they are, leave the hospital and head off to commit murder. Meanwhile, the whole town converges on the mansion to kill Adam but, most don't have a weapon, so it's a good thing that the people who did have weapons were dropping them all over the house like a bad game of Clue. The whole thing is ridiculous.

Of course he wont, he was not right in the head and was delusional, but of course Jesse isn't real fond of Adam like he is the Slater gang so he might turn into a cop and arrest Adam. But Adam will get off and he should and everyone of the nut jobs need to give Annie a great big kiss on the behind and say "sorry".

What should anyone apologize to Annie for? Annie has known all along that Kendall didn't kill Stuart, Annie knew that Adam killed Stuart, but Annie made Emma lie that she saw Kendall kill Stuart so Annie could keep Adam, her new meal ticket, out of jail. Annie is just as big a liar and crook as everyone else in town.

One big reason I can think of is because the town has persecuted Annie from day one with no proof of any thing and the main reason was to push her over the edge so she would admit to a crime she didn't commit and now she has totally flipped and is driving Emma nuts , they knew she was unstable but all they cared about was Kendall who put herself in prison. Annie sure doesn't owe Kendall anything./j

And why did Kendall put herself in prison?

She confessed to the murder, does that make her as delusional as Annie? Of course not, Kendall is perfect./j

Kendall confessed because she's an idiot. If I remember correctly, Emma said that she saw Kendall kill Stuart but, since Kendall didn't remember seeing Emma there, she thought that Annie was convincing Emma to lie. Then, Stuart's ghost came to Kendall and, having a memory flash, she remembered seeing Emma there that night. So, in Kendall's tiny little mind, since Emma was right about seeing Kendall there, then she must have been right about seeing Kendall shoot Stuart and, even tho she admitted that she didn't remember doing it, Kendall confessed. As far as I'm concerned, like I've said before, Kendall should be in prison just for being stupid!

Jesse has become one big ''dufus''. I wouldn't be suprised if he arrested Emma's favorite toy for the murder, after planting some of its frayed stuffing at the scene. :) eom Suds
