Topic: Does anyone know

the name of the song that Jake and Taylor were dancing to in Friday's show?    The lyrics went something like this:

  ' i see you now, but i don't want to be mistaken, tell me it's not all in my mind... here i am, can't wait another day ...i've got something i have to say... hold me now, tomorrow may be never, let me show you how to love again..... '

I found this on an AMC info page ... maybe this is the same song:
